About RRH Team

RRH Team is a North Carolina construction company built on more than 20 years of real field experience, technical knowledge, and a deep respect for the homes and properties we work on.

Our company began with its founder’s background in construction. Before coming to the United States, he earned a higher education degree in Industrial Construction and built his career in the construction field, working as a Chief Engineer and later as a General Contractor. Over the years, he managed projects, coordinated trades, solved job-site challenges, and learned construction not only from plans and calculations, but from real work, real deadlines, and real responsibility.

After relocating to North Carolina, RRH Team started with residential remodeling and renovation services. Step by step, the company grew into kitchen and bathroom remodeling, full home renovations, property repairs, and improvement projects for homeowners, property owners, and real estate investors.

Because we have also completed our own fix-and-flip renovation projects, we understand construction from both sides: as contractors and as property owners. We know how important it is to plan carefully, control the budget, choose the right scope of work, and complete improvements that make sense for the property.

As RRH Team continued to grow, we received our North Carolina General Contractor license and expanded into larger residential construction projects, including new home construction and coordinated renovation scopes involving multiple trades.

Our team also includes certified specialists for traditional septic system installation, allowing us to support clients with septic-related work when needed for residential properties.

Today, RRH Team serves homeowners, landlords, real estate investors, property managers, and clients preparing homes for sale, rental, or long-term use in the Charlotte area and surrounding North Carolina communities.

We are proud of how far the company has grown, but we continue to build it the same way it started: with practical construction knowledge, clear communication, responsible workmanship, and respect for every client’s property.
