Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the required down payment is received. Custom orders may require additional processing time. Customers will be notified if extra time is needed.
Payment Terms
A 100% down payment is required at the time of order confirmation (assembled or unassembled items).
All orders must be paid in full before pickup, delivery, or shipment.
Pickup Policy
Customers must pick up their orders on the scheduled date.
Orders left in our warehouse for more than 3 business days are subject to a $50/day storage fee.
If you expect a delay, please notify us 3–5 business days in advance to avoid storage fees.
Curbside Delivery
We offer curbside delivery within a 90-mile radius of our warehouse in Charlotte, NC, for an additional fee.
Curbside delivery includes:

Delivery to the curb or end of driveway

Lift-gate truck service (driver lowers items to the ground)
Curbside delivery does NOT include:

Bringing items inside

Unloading by the driver

Assembly or setup

Removal of packaging materials
Customers must have two people on-site to unload items.
Delivery Scheduling

We call the night before delivery as a reminder.

Additional reminders may be sent by text, phone call, and/or email.

Last-minute cancellations or delivery date changes will result in a cancellation fee.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us 3–5 business days in advance.
Freight Shipping
Some items may ship via freight carrier. Shipping costs vary based on destination and order size. Tracking information will be provided once the shipment is released.
Service Interruptions
Delivery or shipping times may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other unexpected events. We will notify customers of any delays as soon as possible.
