Agreement to Our Terms

By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Products and Services

We offer kitchen cabinets, bathroom remodeling products, and and related services. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice. We make every effort to display product details accurately, but variations may occur.

Orders & Payments

All orders require accurate customer information. Payments must be made using approved methods.
A 50% down payment is required when the order is confirmed.
All orders must be paid in full before pickup, delivery, or shipment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, inventory issues, or suspected fraud.

Pickup, Delivery & Shipping

Customers must follow our Pickup, Delivery, and Shipping Policy. This includes timely pickup, accurate delivery information, having personnel on site to unload items, and paying any required storage or cancellation fees.

Cancellations & Changes

Order changes or cancellations must be requested 3–5 business days in advance. Last-minute cancellations may result in additional fees.
Cancellations made after the order has been prepared may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Returns & Damages

Returns are accepted only for standard, unassembled, and unmodified products in re-saleable condition and must be accompanied by a paid invoice or receipt — no exceptions.

All approved returns are issued as in-store credit only.
We do not offer cash or original-payment-method refunds.

No returns or exchanges are accepted for:

  • Assembled cabinets

  • Modified/altered cabinets

  • Special orders

  • Custom orders

  • Sinks, faucets, handles, knobs, accessories

  • Closeout items

  • Any item showing signs of installation or use

If an item is damaged or incorrect, customers must notify us within 48 hours with photos. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Warranties

RRH Team LLC provides a One-Year Limited Warranty on all cabinets purchased by the original customer. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not include:

  • Labor for removal, replacement, installation, or adjustment

  • Damage due to improper handling, storage, installation, assembly, or disassembly

  • Misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents

  • Modifications or alterations

  • Environmental exposure (moisture, humidity, temperature changes)

  • Damage from household cleaners or chemicals

  • Damage from sunlight, smoke, or heat

  • Normal wear and tear

Natural Wood Disclaimer:
Wood is a natural material that may vary in texture, grain, and color and may change as it ages. Exposure to sunlight, moisture, cleaners, and environmental conditions may cause natural changes such as color variation, warping, cracking, or splitting.
These changes are not defects and are not covered under this warranty.

Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

To file a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase and photos of the defect for evaluation.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or events beyond our control.
We are not liable for improper handling, installation, or storage by the customer.

Our total liability will never exceed the amount paid for the order.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Customer information is used only to process orders and communicate regarding services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for additional details.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates take effect immediately when posted on this page.
